Replace seal

Authelia’s own change form needs an email OTP we have not wired yet. Phase 1 uses the same Linked handoff as the temp seal — nothing in chat.

1. Log in at the staff gate with the temp from Mini Linked.
2. On Mini 2, put your new password alone (one line) in
   ~/Linked/grokbot/reports/cattywampus-new-pass.txt
3. In chat with Dev Desk, say apply new pass.
4. After it sticks, temps and the new-pass file get wiped.
